 The fourth activity is divided in two parts. The first part is the listening of a song based on the story Dear Zoo. First we will watch it and listen to the song. Afterwards, we will sing the song all together making the actions of the animals. Channel Kathy Halter. (2019). The second part of the task is a reading game I  have created with Genially. The students have to read the sentences and find the right answers. Find the animals

The book: Dear zoo by Rod Campell.

All the activities are related to the book: Dear zoo.The children will learn vocabulary about animals from the zoo and they will practice listening, reading and speaking. The first activity is a listening activity. The first part of this activity is the  listening of the story Dear zoo. For the second part of activity the teacher will give them some flashcards with the pictures of the animals from the story. The children will have to imitate the movements of the animal they have on the flascard. The other children will have to ask for clues to guess the name of the animal.   The second activity is a reading activity. The students have to match the word to the corresponding animal picture. They have to drag each picture to the correct box.
